V Green Media Pvt. Ltd., operating the Tribe Green store, is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. This is what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Name, company name, email, phone and password
- Billing address, GSTIN, delivery addresses, order history, artwork files and branding instructions
- Names, addresses and phone numbers of gift recipients, where you send us a list
- Transaction reference, amount and status. Card and bank credentials sit with our payment gateway, never with us
- Emails, WhatsApp messages and enquiry forms
- IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookie identifiers
Why we use it
- To process, produce, deliver and invoice your order
- To send proofs, order updates and tracking
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotations
- To handle claims and complaints
- To meet tax and legal obligations
- To send offers and gifting updates, only where you have opted in
We use your data for these purposes and no others. We do not sell personal data.
Consent
We process data with your consent, or because an order you placed cannot be completed without it, or because the law requires it. Marketing consent is separate and optional and can be withdrawn any time through the unsubscribe link or by writing to support@tribegreengifts.com Withdrawal does not undo processing already done, and records we are required to keep stay with us.
Recipient lists
A list of employees or clients sent to us for gift delivery is used to deliver those gifts and for nothing else. Never for marketing. Sending it confirms you are entitled to share those details. We delete the working copy within 90 days of the last delivery and retain only what invoicing and dispute records require.
Who we share it with
- Courier partners, who receive recipient name, address and phone
- Printing, production and packaging vendors, who receive artwork and quantities
- Our payment gateway and bank
- Hosting, email, analytics and CRM providers who run the site
- Auditors and government authorities where the law requires it
Each of the above is bound to use the data only for the service it provides.
How long we keep it
- Invoices and tax records: 8 years, as tax law requires
- Account and order data: while the account is active and 24 months after
- Artwork files: 24 months after delivery, so repeat orders match
- Enquiries that do not convert: 12 months
Security
The site runs on HTTPS, customer data is restricted to staff who need it, and payments run through a PCI DSS compliant gateway. In the event of a breach we will inform the Data Protection Board and the people affected within the timelines the law sets.
Your rights
- Ask what data we hold and why
- Ask us to correct or complete it
- Ask us to erase it, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw consent
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf
- Complain to us, and to the Data Protection Board of India if unsatisfied

Cookies
Essential cookies keep you logged in and hold your cart, and the site does not work without them. Analytics cookies show us which pages are used. Marketing cookies support remarketing. Accept or reject the non-essential ones in the banner and change that choice any time from the footer.
Children
This site is built for adults and business buyers. We do not knowingly collect data of anyone under 18 and delete it where we find it.
